Welcome to Sargam! As one of a kind family-friendly restaurant in the Greater Columbus area, Sargam serves a variety of ethnic food from Nepal, Tibet, and India. The restaurant has a reputation for authentic flavor where every entrée is prepared by the head chef, who has mastered the art of blending spices to pleasure your taste buds with the recipes that have been used for centuries. All the sauces and dishes are made from scratch using locally grown fresh quality ingredients.
The main spices we use in our sauces and chutneys are fenugreek, black pepper green, ginger, cardamom, fennel, dried chilies, curry leaves, cumin, coriander, cloves, black cardamom, turmeric, onion seeds, mace, nutmeg, mustard seeds, garlic, lemon, lime, and cinnamon. Our naan bread is handmade and baked in our traditional clay tandoori oven. We offer vegan, vegetarian dishes and use not frozen, chicken and lamb in our meat dishes. The main vegetables featured in our culinary creations are Mix vegetable curry, Raayo ko Saag, Palak Paneer, and Panner Tikka Masala. Also, we offer a full bar, along with a selection of domestic and international beers and a variety of wines to pair with each meal.
